You agree to pay all fees associated with the services rendered by ZarAgency.com in accordance with the terms specified in the agreed-upon contract or invoice. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. No Refunds
You acknowledge and agree that once digital products or services have been rendered to you, there shall be no refunds, in part or in full, for any reason whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the results of the services provided. All sales are final.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by ZarAgency.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of ZarAgency.com unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from ZarAgency.com.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZarAgency.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the services provided or this Agreement. In no event shall ZarAgency.com’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the services rendered.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZarAgency.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the services or any breach of this Agreement.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ZarAgency.com regarding your use of the services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
11. Modifications to Terms
ZarAgency.com reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
